Careful with learners' information
ShuleSys includes an AI assistant that helps with planning and questions. It is built so that children's details stay with the school.
No learner names to the AI
The assistant never sees learner names, health details or learner documents.

Does it work on a phone?
Yes. Teachers take the register, enter marks and comments on a phone; the office uses a computer or a phone; parents use their phone.
Do we need internet all the time?
ShuleSys runs online, so a connection is needed. If it drops, the app warns you before anything is lost.
Can we bring in our existing records?
Yes. Learners and parents, staff, teaching allocation and opening fee balances can be imported from Excel, with every row checked before anything is saved.
Does it follow CBC?
Yes: learning areas and strands, EE / ME / AE / BE ratings, core competencies and CBC report cards, with no ranking of learners.
